Abstract291)   HTML    PDF (1591KB)(123)
The conditions of high temperature, high pressure and high sulfur content in deep well oil and gas exploitation put forward higher requirements for the sealing ability and service life of the downhole packer. K344 steel belt packer can improve the pressure bearing capacity of the expansion rubber cylinder and the stress condition in the process of pressure bearing and service life through the laminated steel belt between the inner and outer rubber cylinders, which is suitable for the requirements of deep well oil and gas exploitation. In this paper, the finite element software was used to simulate the setting process, the contact stress distribution law of the key components (inner rubber cylinder, outer rubber cylinder and laminated steel strip) and the mechanism of laminated steel strip to prevent the rubber cylinder from "shoulder protruding" were obtained. The optimal distance between the laminated steel strips at both ends and the optimal radius of the hoop fillet were selected through simulation analysis. It provided a reference for the optimization design of steel belt packer in practical production and application.

Abstract624)      PDF (3182KB)(301)
Based on the typical oil sands of the 45° angle reservoir somewhere in Gansu province as the research object, an experimental model with the application of sodium hydroxide, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonic acid and anionic polyacrylamide as the triple component ASP displacement agent was investigated using local oil sands as samples. The asp flooding on the secondary development of 45° angle oil sands reservoir effect after hotwater flooding was tested, and the changing laws of sweep area for displacement agent, flooding effect and production of different direction horizontal well were also studied. The results showed that, displacement agent flowed to transverse area and affected area increased significantly, making the oil sands recovery improved for 18.91%, and production of the horizontal well which parallel to inclination of the reservoir is higher.

Abstract562)      PDF (1796KB)(334)

Volcanic-rock reservoir belongs to extremely low permeability gas reservoir. However, as with natural holes and rifts, it can be for industrial development. Relative permeability curve is an important data for dynamic analysis and numerical simulate of gas reservoir development. It illustrated by the case of a Jilin Province's volcanic-rock gas reservoir, and measured the relative permeability curve by unsteady-state water displacement by gas. The results show: It had a high bound water saturation, residual gas saturation and water saturation in isotonic point; it also had a low relative permeability in isotonic point and a low water relative permeability in endpoint; confining pressure and displacement pressure had a significant impact to the results; volcanic-rock reservoir had a serious heterogeneity.
